Fenton Midas

Fire began when a piece of slag fell into chemical quickly engulfing the work area and penetrated the roof system.
We began by removing all contents and damaged structures. This included the entire roof and half of the floor system.
Masons began rebuilding the end wall and we discovered that the bond beam on the rear wall was impacted requiring an additional 100 feet of wall to be demolished and rebuilt
To conserve time we redeisgned the roof system using wood trusses.
This required a layer of drywall on the ceiling not previously installed But gaining a nice finished look.
Doors were installed.
Pipe fitters, electricians, and plumbers quickly installed fixtures and utilities.
New facade installed to meet new franchise requirements lending an updated appearance to the structure.
Open for business only 43 business days lost.
