| Original flooring was old carpeting that showed lots of wear and tear. | |
| First day we went in there with with automatic floor scrapers to scrape up the old carpet and glue | |
| Once the carpet and glue was cleaned up off the floor, rebuilding of the handicap ramp took place. First step was to tear out the old ramp. | |
| Once the old ramp was removed, it was time to build the new one. This included widening the ramp to twice the size of the existing ramp. | |
| Now, that the ramp rebuild is completed, we can move onto laying the tile. A cross inlay was done in the middle of the room. This cross was a lighter color tile, than the outside. So the first step was to layout the cross and lay that tile. | |
| Once the cross pattern was completed, it was now time to move onto the rest of the tile. | |
| The floor was completed several days after we had begun work. Even though the floor was down, there was still work that had to be done. IE: cove base and sealing of the tile | |
